Hillcrest Historic Remodel

This gem was originally built in 1910. I wanted to give it an updated look while maintaining the home’s vintage feel. In the kitchen I used a beautiful glazed ceramic tile for the full backsplash in a classic brick pattern with quartz countertops in Calacatta. Dark grey cabinetry with polished nickel hardware and retro inspired light fixtures add to the vintage vibe. Hardwood floors match the original hardwood which we were able to preserve throughout the rest of the home.

Notice the beautiful woodwork original to the home!

The master bath is done in Bianco Venatino marble with mosaic floors, wainscot and marble tiled shower. A claw foot tub completes the look.

The secondary baths all continue the theme with brick patterned ceramic tile and contrast grout.
